Job summary

Services Plus is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems on our production lines. You will perform preventive maintenance, support changeovers, and fabricate parts with welding and machine tools.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, reading schematics and manuals, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with production equipment maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Setting up, adjusting, and supporting production lines and equipment changeovers.
• Fabricating and repairing parts using welding, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other tools.
• Diagnosing issues quickly and safely and fixing them right the first time.
• Supporting building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, and more).
• Maintaining organized workspaces, accurate parts inventory, and equipment centerlines.
• Assisting and training teammates and operators when needed.
• Following all GMP and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
