MS Directional, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance on machinery and equipment, diagnose issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime. The role requires disassembling/reassembling heavy equipment and reading manuals and blueprints.

You will work under the Motor Shop Manager, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining safety standards, and completing required paperwork while contributing to a team in varied weather and shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and ability to diagnose and repair machinery.
• Ability to read operating manuals, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with routine preventive maintenance and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and tools.
• Read manuals, blueprints and technical drawings to guide work.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment in good order.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with PPE requirements.
• Complete work orders and related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
