Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting.
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to overtime and respond to call-outs.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Valid welding certificate (ASME 4G) within past 5 years.
• Strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
• Experience with CMMS and completing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety and environmental requirements and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate and maintain bearings and related components.
• Install, align, and service crushing, screening, and conveying equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document inspections.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems and air compressors.
• Rigging and crane operation for lifting and installation tasks.
• Repair and overhaul equipment and ensure high housekeeping standards.
• Upgrade skills through vendor and company training.
