Job summary

Osceola Food, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Electrician in Osceola, Iowa. The role offers a $27.25–$38.25 per hour pay range, with base pay depending on knowledge, skills, and experience. Shift schedules include 2nd or 3rd with overtime opportunities, in a modern food processing facility.

Candidates must be able to stand, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work extended hours on rotating shifts. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Electrician.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on all production equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Modify or enhance equipment to meet production needs.
• Work with minimal supervision to identify and solve problems.
• Communicate progress with team leaders and maintenance engineers.
• Follow safety policies and sanitation requirements at Osceola Food, LLC.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
