Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience or technical training from an accredited trade/technical school.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, buildings, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and complete repairs with minimal supervision.
• Fabricate, modify, and improve equipment to support production needs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed.
• Communicate equipment status and repair progress with teams and engineers.
• Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow GMP, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Complete additional maintenance duties as assigned.
