Pay levels are determined during the interview based on experience, skills, and knowledge. There is potential for quick progression based on training and performance. Open positions are available for second and third shifts.
This position involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and assets while ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with Tyson policies. The role focuses on electromechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
Must be able to perform physical tasks with or without accommodations, including pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and climbing stairs and ladders.
At least one year of documented maintenance experience or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program. Experience can be from multiple employers, as long as documented.
