Nucor Fastener Indiana in St. Joe, IN is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance and production teams.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade and install plant equipment, and assist with process improvements to drive reliability in the Fastener Division. The role requires a two-year industrial maintenance degree or substantial experience, willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, holidays, and to operate heavy equipment with CMMS used for work

Formación

• Two-year industrial maintenance degree (or currently pursuing one) OR five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must be willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
• Install and commission equipment; support process improvements
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes; use CMMS for work orders and parts research
• Ensure safety policies and housekeeping standards are upheld at all times
