Shift and Compensation

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday

Starting Hourly Wage: $38.06/hr

Major Responsibilities

• Industrial Machining, Welding, and Fabrication
• Equipment Removal and Installations
• Plant HVAC systems
• Industrial Plumbing
• Boiler Room Operation
• Plant and Utilities maintenance
• Process Equipment management
• Maintain facility construction equipment and vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate in safety training and comply with safety policies
• Handle hazardous chemicals following legal and company policies

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Minimum five years as an industrial mechanic with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school or continuing education in multi-skilled mechanic field is a plus
• Skilled in forklift operation and rigging
• Welding and machining skills required
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with mechanical instruments and reading pneumatic schematics
• Ability to install and repair machines and systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout, NFPA regulations, GMP/FDA environment experience
• Boiler operator license or ability to obtain one
• Basic computer skills desirable
• Physical ability to lift, work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs

Additional Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts, study blueprints, create drawings
• Install and maintain HVAC, piping, plumbing, and other plant systems
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
