Job summary

Cenveo is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our Williamsburg, PA location. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-speed envelope production equipment on 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights). Electrical and PLC experience are a plus.

Under minimal supervision, you will diagnose complex issues, rebuild equipment, and support continuous operation while maintaining safety and compliance. Overtime may be required during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (printing, envelope, or paper converting preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience maintaining high speed production equipment and performing preventive maintenance
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems; PLC troubleshooting preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime and alternate shifts as required

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to install/maintain/repair equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist diagnostics
• Operate mills, lathes, drill presses, welding and cutting tools
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic system issues and repair
• Document preventive maintenance activities
• Source and requisition replacement parts and materials
• Perform safety inspections/maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform electrical work up to 480V 3-phase
