Bsdbusinessconsulting is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a food and beverage manufacturer in Leominster, MA. You\'ll keep plant equipment running safely and efficiently, performing maintenance and repairs as needed.

This is a direct hire position with full benefits and an annual bonus. Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance not offered. You\'ll work with production to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Basic welding and fabrication skills.
• Food, beverage or packaging plant experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Repair and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, switches and controls.
• Install, adjust and calibrate equipment as needed.
• Handle basic welding, fabrication and machine shop work.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams and schematics.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs and inspections.
• Track parts, supplies and inventory needs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and plant safety procedures.
• Work with production to fix issues and improve equipment reliability.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Repair and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, switches, controls and other components
