Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Leominster, MA is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a direct hire role.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform preventive maintenances, and collaborate with production to improve reliability and uptime. Strong safety discipline and documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Repair and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, switches, controls, and other machine components.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate manufacturing equipment as needed.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machine shop work as needed.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, equipment diagrams, and schematics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Monitor maintenance parts and supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), workplace safety procedures, and applicable manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment reliability.
