The role focuses on maintaining plant efficiency through scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with a clear path to supervisory duties. You will mentor hourly maintenance staff and ensure safe, compliant operation while supporting continuous improvement.

The position requires a proven background in industrial electrical work, PLCs, and mechanical drive systems, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technician with demonstrated knowledge in industrial electrical wiring, PLC troubleshooting, motor control, equipment repair and installation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, tool selection and usage, general shop practices and maintenance tasks.
• Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and troubleshoot issues.
• Rebuild mechanical drive components such as clutches and brakes and verify timing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubricate components on equipment.
• Identify wear, troubleshoot, and replace drive and conveyor components.
• Inspect electrical components and troubleshoot with wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Train for supervision role and support shift coverage as needed.
