Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Maintenance Generalist on the Project Crew for River Valley Ingredients in Scranton, AR. The role involves welding, cutting, minor electrical work, and maintenance across several systems in a heavy industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience, is open to A,B,C, or D shifts, and can travel to other facilities as needed. Expect long hours and strict safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accumulative Industrial Maintenance or Millwright skills.
• Willing to work A, B, C or D shift.
• Able and willing to work weekends and any/all other hours as needed to complete the project.
• Travel will be required to complete jobs at other facilities.
• May be required to work more than 12 hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, minor electrical repair and mechanical tasks in an industrial setting.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment and power tools, including cranes and lifts.
• Read and interpret policies, procedures and regulations; document information accordingly.
• Coordinate with supervision and other teams to install and set up equipment and piping.
• Support maintenance projects and ensure safe, compliant operations.
