Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of relevant experience in commercial office buildings.
• Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations.

• Experience in testing and inspection reports and with testing equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, electrical panels, outlets, switches, and lighting systems.
• Set up power distribution systems in new construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and building codes.
• Inspect electrical systems and identify problems or hazards.
• Troubleshoot issues such as power outages or faulty wiring.
• Repair or replace damaged wiring and components.
• Test electrical systems using voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or hazards.
