Job summary

Bay State Milling is seeking a Maintenance Electrician in Tolleson, AZ to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems and industrial machinery. The role collaborates with plant management to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will work on 0–480V AC/DC systems, read schematics, and use meters and test equipment. Overtime may be required to meet customer demand and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiar with NFPA 70E and OSHA electrical safety rules.
• Experience with 0–480V AC/DC electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical infrastructure and MCC components.
• Install wiring, conduit and electrical apparatus for new machines.
• Connect control cables and wiring between machines and PLCs.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs and motor control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety tasks.
