Job summary
Madden Industrial Craftsmen seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician in Phoenix, AZ to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical and mechanical components on large-scale equipment. This role requires advanced electrical knowledge, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic repair, and a focus on minimizing downtime in a fast-paced production environment.
The position is temp-to-hire with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (may shift to 7:00–4:00) and an on-call rotation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance or industrial electrical experience.
- Strong experience troubleshooting 24V–480V electrical systems.
- Experience working with ABB, Rockwell Automation, and Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
- Hydraulic rebuild and repair experience required.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues on systems from 24V to 480V.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic systems and components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule every five weeks.
