Job summary

Scientex Phoenix LLC is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will install, maintain and repair industrial electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on problem solving and a commitment to keeping critical operations running smoothly. You will read schematics and blueprints, troubleshoot PLCs and motor controllers, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred; relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience.
• Proficiency with PLC systems, motor controls, and high/low voltage installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in motors, control panels, PLCs, and wiring systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical machinery and industrial equipment
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable electrical safety codes and standards
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime
• Document work orders, maintenance logs, and electrical system updates accurately
