Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a Phoenix, Arizona manufacturing client. This temp-to-hire role pays $33.00–$43.00/hour DOE, runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (may transition to 7:00 AM–4:00 PM), with weekly pay and on-call rotation every five weeks.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in industrial maintenance or industrial electrical experience.
- Experience troubleshooting 24V–480V electrical systems.
- Hydraulic rebuild and repair experience required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues on systems from 24V to 480V.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic systems and components.
- Install, replace, and repair motors, drives, sensors, relays, switches, contactors, and electrical components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Follow all safety policies and OSHA standards.
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule every five weeks.
