Boeing Defense in Ridley Park, PA seeks a Maintenance Electrician A to lay out, install, test and repair electrical systems in an industrial plant, using blueprints and NEC knowledge to route wires and components.

This 2nd shift role is 100% onsite; relocation is not provided. You will perform preventive maintenance, document records, and mentor temporary staff while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work any shift; electrical apprenticeship program or higher education certification.
• 3+ years of electronic/electrical experience in machine tool maintenance, industrial electronic and/or electrical maintenance, or military electronic/electrical system maintenance.
• 3+ years of National Electrical Code (NEC) experience.

Responsabilités

• Layout, assembles, install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in an industrial plant.
• Use blueprints and knowledge of trade practice to determine routing of wires and conduit, location of units such as switches/outlets/junction boxes/transformers.
• Complete and/or process paperwork pertinent to equipment records and maintenance.
• Make installations and repairs including cutting, bending, threading, conduit, wiring.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot equipment on medium/high voltage equipment and related controls.
• Locate and correct malfunctions in electrical systems; rebuild motors; operate plant electrical equipment.
• Perform work per management instructions and safety standards.
