Engtal is hiring a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Electrician-Mechanic for our coil coating operation in Fairland, Indiana. This role operates 100% on the production floor during night shifts, diagnosing 480V electrical problems, replacing motors, and ensuring conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and utilities run smoothly.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, work with CMMS, and document completed tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting 480V electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, controls, sensors.
• Repair gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Electrician-MechanicEngtal is hiring a hands-on, floor-based maintenance professional to keep a high-output coil coating operation in Fairland, IN running at peak performance. This role is 100% on the production floor in a heavy industrial environment and leans strongly on electrical troubleshooting while requiring solid mechanical skills.A Night in This RoleAs the plant comes alive for the night shift, you’ll move from line start-ups to tackling reactive issues, tuning equipment for reliability, and executing preventive tasks. You’ll diagnose 480V electrical problems, replace motors, trace controls, and keep conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and utilities humming.
