Job summary

Superior Farms is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems in a USDA-regulated food processing facility. You will diagnose electrical issues, minimize downtime, and perform preventive maintenance following safety, GMP, and USDA requirements.

The role requires troubleshooting up to 480V, working on PLC-controlled equipment, HMIs, and control circuits, with strong emphasis on safety and documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems up to 480V.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and HMIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment up to 480V.
Install, maintain, and repair wiring, motors, VFDs, panels, and distribution equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors, relays, and control circuits.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance; keep accurate work orders and records.
