Job summary

NEXPERA's Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and facilities within a chemical manufacturing environment. This role supports maintenance planning, documentation, troubleshooting coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and uphold regulatory and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent industrial experience, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industrial experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with OSHA, PSM, and chemical plant safety practices.
• Experience with SAP PM, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance schedules with production needs.
• Create, track, and close work orders in the CMMS; verify labor, materials data.
• Maintain equipment files, SOPs, logs, and compliance records.
• Monitor spare parts levels and collaborate with procurement to keep stock.
• Assist technicians by gathering data and coordinating vendor support.
• Support safety programs and incident investigations; follow lockout/tagout.
• Identify issues and recommend improvements to reliability and performance.
