Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant and Field Operations.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules/protocols.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance and restore assets.
• Deliver maintenance support for projects.
• Provide oversight of the plant shop and maintenance tools.
• Support Process Safety Management and site safety efforts.
• Conduct seasonal prep work and scheduling of materials.
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, operation, and preventative maintenance of equipment.
