Reser’s Fine Foods - MSB Plant in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Manufacturing Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance staff, supervise repairs, install equipment, and oversee preventative maintenance strategies on-site.

The role requires 10+ years of maintenance experience with electrical/mechanical skills, basic computer proficiency, and potential bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Travel is minimal, and a bonus program applies based on company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance employees and oversee automated technology.
• Troubleshoots problems with Human-Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Maintains employee relations and evaluates job performance.
• Conducts preventative maintenance and follow-through.
• Makes repairs using a Business Planning and Control System.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
