Responsibilities

Deliver in-person instruction on industrial automation systems and maintenance practices.
Maintain current curriculum reflecting industry standards.
Develop and update teaching materials, assessments, and projects.
Collaborate with employers and internal teams to align training with needs.
Supervise students in labs and hands-on training environments.
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of lab equipment.
Maintain course documentation and reporting per college policies.
Prepare lesson plans and evaluate student progress.
Manage attendance, grades, rosters, and scheduling.
