Job summary

MSCCN in Hingham, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Industrial Machinery Mechanic to maintain production equipment, install new systems, and oversee PMs. The role is on-site at our Hingham facility, with a 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm shift and an hourly rate of $26.00 to $32.00.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, manage CMMS/PM programs, prioritize work orders, ensure safety and inventory, and support urgent machine needs.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work on special projects during scheduled off shifts.
• High School or GED required; some positions prefer.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Familiar with PMs and CMMS (CMMS software).
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform maintenance of production equipment and PMs.
• Troubleshoot operations and emergencies.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage systems including transformers.
• Check malfunctioning equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain CNC, punching and bending machines, crane, motors, hydraulics, piping, valves.
