Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, calibrate equipment, and ensure safety and compliance on the plant floor. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in industrial maintenance, strong reading of technical docs, and the ability to work varied shifts while supporting team needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents, safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
• Capability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools and testing devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, inspection, testing.
• Repair and maintain machinery: engines, motors, conveyors, presses, cranes.
• Adjust and calibrate automated manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts; replace filters; complete maintenance checklists.
• Troubleshoot problems and determine corrective actions.
• Set up plant equipment and obtain replacement parts from storerooms.
• Follow safety rules and cooperate with coworkers; assist other projects.
