STANDARD TEXTILE in Thomaston, GA is looking for an Industrial Machine Technician. You will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well within a team and without supervision.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Mechanically inclined to perform tasks on various machines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on all plant equipment including electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Repair and service sewing and cutting equipment.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and update preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to emergencies identified by alarms and supervisors.
