Job summary

Ford Motor Company in SE Michigan is seeking skilled Machine Repair technicians to support the regional openings. You will maintain and repair presses, CNC machines, and robots across the plant floor.

Applicants must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or have 8 years of prior experience, or an equivalent mix of work and training. Starting pay is $43.60 per hour, with increases to the top rate after three months, plus shift, overtime and holiday premiums.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a bona fide apprenticeship or 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and controls.
• Ability to learn and follow safety rules in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine repairs and maintenance on presses, CNC machines, and robotic equipment.
• Work across shifts; maintain safety, quality, and attendance standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues; assist with repairs as needed.
