The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, mathematical accuracy, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities include operating machinery, cleaning equipment, material handling with a sit-down forklift, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, 12‑hour shifts.
• Proficient with calculators, adding machines, and industrial scales.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment issues under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Clean production machinery and manage tools.
• Supply production lines and store materials using a sit-down forklift.
• Clean boxes, lids, and skids before staging.
• Complete quality control logs, production ledgers, and box tickets.
