Job description

Step into a day on our production floor. You arrive for a pre-shift huddle, align on targets, and head to your line. You ready the machines—simple and complex—dialing in settings and verifying safety. With a sit-down forklift, you stage materials, thoroughly clean boxes, lids, and skids, and feed the line so production can run steadily. As the shift progresses, you monitor output, make adjustments, and document results. You keep tools accounted for, equipment clean, weights accurate, and records legible. When a hiccup appears, you troubleshoot quickly to keep deadlines on track. You wrap up with housekeeping, clear communication, and handoff notes for the next team.
