Job summary

CNH is offering an internship program in Wisconsin focused on logistics analysis and data-driven improvements. The role supports KPI work, bottleneck identification, route modeling, data reporting, and ongoing logistics initiatives across CNH manufacturing facilities.

Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at least a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Regional plant data collection, system simplification and dashboard creation
• Support logistics flow transformation projects
• Challenge existing processes and use data to support improvements
• Collaborate across facilities to support logistics operations
• Create standards for processes and metrics
• Support project management and task organization

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
