Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Liquid Paint Finisher to apply primer and paint to steel parts using wet-spray methods. You will load/unload parts, verify color, and maintain a clean spray booth while meeting production pace and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on industrial painting experience, ability to read specs, and independent work in a fast-paced environment. In-person, first or second shift, Richmond, IN.

Qualifications

• Previous painting experience in an industrial setting is required.
• Working knowledge of paint system mechanics and mixing charts.
• Ability to read specs and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage parts for coating; load/unload parts to fixtures.
• Apply primer and paint to steel per customer specifications.
• Follow wet-spray best practices with correct mix ratios.
• Operate spray guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
• Perform visual inspections of paint flow and finish quality.
