Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Life Safety Systems Specialist to join our Operations & Maintenance team in Chandler, AZ. This three-month contract role offers a path to longer-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

The specialist will respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on facility systems in a large industrial environment, including clean rooms. Must diagnose, repair, and ensure safety compliance across electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of job-related experience required.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift up to 30 feet or higher; may require state licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced level expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on facility systems in a large industrial environment including clean rooms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial facility equipment and systems; perform preventive and corrective electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• Identify and correct safety-related issues and evaluate equipment for potential failures.
