Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a training specialist to support the development and deployment of learning programs within our manufacturing environment. You will help integrate new processes and learning technologies to improve on-the-floor performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in training roles, familiarity with Learning Management Systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in industrial settings is preferred to effectively partner with floor teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in Training Systems or related roles.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in an industrial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of new processes and learning technologies on the floor.
• Document and teach critical work processes to teams.

Critical Skills and Capabilities:

• 1-3 years’ experience working at increasing levels of responsibility within a Training System
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms
• Experience in Industrial Setting strongly preferred
• Facilitation and/or Presentation Skills
• Ability to collaborate & partner w/stakeholders
