Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Wash Aisle Operator to load, unload and operate industrial laundry equipment, monitor cycles, and ensure smooth flow of textiles through the wash aisle. You will report to the Production Manager and work as part of a production team in an industrial laundry facility.

The role requires flexibility to perform different tasks across shifts, strong teamwork, and strict adherence to safety and PPE guidelines to maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented candidate with ability to adapt to daily production needs.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate industrial washers, tumblers, extractors, lifts, hoists, and related laundry processing equipment.
• Monitor washing and drying cycles and input required data into automated washing systems.
• Maintain an efficient flow of textiles through the wash aisle and transport materials to the next stage of production.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process issues, or quality concerns to supervision.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
