Qualifications

• Must understand all required training, written and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepares their work station.
• Transfers hangers from hanger rack to shirt or pant hanging aid.
• Dresses shirt on hanger and sleeves straightened, places on hanger.
• Removes pants and places on hanging aid, ensuring crease falls properly.
• Identifies repairs needed for tears, stains, or missing buttons and tags items for repair.
• Ensures garments are placed on an open conveyor pick.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment, following best practices in production.
• Other duties as assigned.
