Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Boiler experience preferred and knowledge of industrial laundry equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all plant equipment including high volume industrial washers and/or dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots technical issues using manuals and schematics.
• Orders parts, tools, and equipment per procurement policy.
• Maintains daily schedule control for maintenance and preventative maintenance records.
• Handles waste solids removal from treatment process as part of daily duties.
• Performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on wastewater hardware; maintains cleanliness and safety.
