Vestis in Rockford, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support industrial laundry operations. You will help prepare carts, verify item counts on PUC cards, and segregate items for processing while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires accuracy, basic math, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow training, written, and verbal instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills for counting and records.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares appropriate numbers of daily slings or carts/carriers for the wash floor.
• Verifies merchandise type and quantity on PUC card; segregates like items together in a sling.
• Identifies counts and totals of ruined or damaged merchandise and records on the PUC card.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
