Job summary

Vestis Services is seeking a Class A Industrial Laundry Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30am–7pm) to keep high-volume laundry equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and order parts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical and basic electrical aptitude.
• Familiar with preventative maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all plant equipment including high-volume industrial washers/dryers.
• Repairs and replaces equipment; performs basic plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoots and solves technical issues by following manuals and schematics.
• Orders necessary parts, tools, and equipment per procurement policy.
• Maintains daily schedule control for equipment maintenance and preventative maintenance.
