Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ months of experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and TWIC card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous physical labor.
• Ability to work in outdoor industrial environments and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving strenuous manual labor, including lifting 25+ lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in heat.
• Shovel asphalt or other materials into construction areas and assist in patching as needed.
• Maintain a clean job site, manage tools, and secure the site daily to prevent hazards.
• Load/unload trucks, move materials, and follow safety and incident reporting procedures.
• Communicate effectively and follow written and oral instructions; work under supervision.
