Tradebe Environmental Services is seeking an Industrial Laborer for 2nd shift at our East Chicago, IN facility to support daily plant operations, from container movements to housekeeping and equipment handling. This hands-on role emphasizes safety and efficient, compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include operating forklifts, following procedures, and assisting with facility permits and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Industrial, warehouse, or labor experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Ability to work on-site and perform physical work.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• After 90 Days: $20.13hr

• Shift:2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3pm-11:30pm

Tradebe is seeking a Laborer to support daily plant operations through material handling, equipment operation, and general facility upkeep. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced industrial environment where safety is the top priority.
