TradeWorX is seeking dependable general labor workers for our metal fabrication facility. You will perform a variety of production tasks, break down metal components, and prepare parts for processing.

A strong emphasis on safety and the ability to follow precise instructions are essential. Responsibilities include reading basic blueprints, handling hand and power tools, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must perform repetitive physical labor throughout shift.
• Basic experience using hand tools or power tools preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, or general labor experience preferred.
• Follow instructions and work safely at all times.
• Must complete required background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Perform general labor duties in a metal fabrication and manufacturing environment.
• Break apart metal parts using a mallet, then sort, count, and organize materials for production.
• Use basic hand and power tools to remove sharp edges, smooth surfaces, and prepare metal parts.
• Assist with installing hardware, sandblasting, cutting materials, and other production tasks as needed.
• Read basic blueprints, measure parts, and follow work instructions.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Pay & Shift

• $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime opportunities based on production needs
• Monday–Friday 1st Shift
