Job summary

A leader in industrial automation is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to oversee the infrastructure and operational integrity of the Industrial Systems Business Unit. The ideal candidate will manage the simulation hardware, troubleshoot network connectivity, and document lab procedures. A technical diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential, as well as strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial lab environments, IT/OT infrastructure, or automation systems.
• Demonstrated success as a contributing member in project teams.
• Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation and maintenance of simulation hardware.
• Document network topologies and configurations for transparency.
• Support and manage an industrial systems test lab.
