Job summary

The MGM Resorts International is hiring a Heavy-Duty Kitchen Cleaner at MGM Springfield in Massachusetts. You will keep kitchens spotless, safe, and running smoothly, from dish areas to equipment, while following health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $19.05 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior kitchen stewarding/dishwasher experience is a bonus.
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Clean ceilings, walls, and items using ladders and clean heavy equipment as needed.
• Scrape, wash, rinse, sanitize, and air-dry pots, pans and dishes.
• Wash floors, baseboards, sinks, and tables; manage trash and biohazard cleanup if required.
• Transport equipment between kitchens and outlets; maintain inventory of linen.
• Comply with SNHD, OSHA, Fire Dept policies; complete trainings.
