Richard Construction Inc. seeks experienced Industrial Journeyman Painters to apply protective and cosmetic coatings on equipment and structures in the Paint Shop or on-site. Positions span Painter Leadman, I, II, and III levels with increasing responsibility and experience requirements.

Read blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine scope and materials.
Knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and paint qualities.
Must be a team player and able to follow safety rules.
Have required tools and reliable transportation.
Willing to work at heights and use fall protection.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints and specs to determine scope, quantities, and sizes of materials.
Identify tools required for tasks and safety risks.
Measure, mark, and cut materials to spec; mix paints/coatings as required.
Apply paints/coatings using proper techniques and equipment.
Maintain safe work area and assist other crafts as needed.
