Job summary

Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, seeks Journeyman Electricians to support large-scale industrial water and wastewater projects in Arizona. You will install electrical systems, build high-quality installations, and uphold safety standards.

Join a leading contractor focused on long-term career growth for employee-owners. Responsibilities include conduit installation, panel/transformer work, blueprints interpretation, and mentoring apprentices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of industrial electrical construction experience.
• Water and wastewater project experience preferred.
• Strong conduit bending skills (offsets, 90s, kicks, saddles, complex bends).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and NEC.
• Lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with crew, project teams, customers, and trade partners.
• Produce high-quality work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Install and run PVC, Rigid, GRC, and ROBROY conduit with clean workmanship.
• Perform underground electrical installations, install panels/transformers, and terminate equipment.
• Read blueprints/specifications to meet project requirements.
• Operate aerial lifts and work safely at heights.
• Support apprentices with guidance and training.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work environment per safety policies.
