Job summary

Zachry Group in Wyoming is seeking an Industrial Journeyman Carpenter to construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal structures and concrete forms on industrial projects.

The role requires reading blueprints, working safely under high standards, and collaborating with other crafts while maintaining productivity. A minimum of 4 years of carpentry experience on industrial sites is expected. This position offers overtime opportunities and strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years working as a carpenter or carpenter helper on an industrial construction project.
• Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
• Must have knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.
• Must be able to compute basic arithmetic functions, measure, mark, and cut equipment and materials to specification.
• Must be able to work a full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed.
• Must be willing to assist other crafts and perform additional job duties while not performing primary craft duties.
• Must be willing to work safely and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Must follow all company and site rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine project requirements and sequence.
• Follow safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe job site.
• Construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal components and concrete forms on industrial projects.
• Utilize required tools and coordinate with other trades to complete tasks.
