Job summary

ZACHRY Group in Wyoming is seeking an Industrial Journeyman Carpenter to construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal structures and concrete forms on an industrial project. Candidates must read blueprints and follow all safety rules, with a strong emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Applicants should have 4+ years of carpentry experience on industrial sites, be proficient with basic building techniques, and willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years working as a carpenter or carpenter helper on an industrial construction project.
• Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings proficiently to perform duties.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and processes involved with basic building techniques and form construction.
• Must be able to compute basic arithmetic functions, measure, mark, and cut equipment and materials to specification.
• Must be able to work a full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed.
• Must be willing to assist other crafts and perform additional job duties while not performing primary craft duties.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine materials needed and sequence of work.
• Construct, dismantle, and repair wooden and metal objects and/or concrete forms.
• Follow safety rules and regulations and wear required PPE.
• Work on industrial construction projects and coordinate with other crafts.
• Maintain tools and keep work area clean and organized.
• Adhere to company and site rules and regulations.
