Job summary

Collins Pine Company (Collins) is seeking an experienced Journeyman Millwright for on-site maintenance and installation across our Oregon operations. The successful candidate will hold an Oregon Industrial Journey Millwright certification and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system repairs within our forest product manufacturing environment.

The role requires strict safety adherence, ability to read blueprints, and coordination with a maintenance team to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Oregon Industrial Journey Millwright Certification required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal history check and a pre-employment drug screening.
Ability to follow all safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Comply with safety standards at all times and report hazards.
Troubleshoot, install, replace, and repair manufacturing systems and equipment.
Fabricate parts and assemble machinery as needed.
Detect developing mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Utilize maintenance tracking system for work orders and requisitions.
On-site attendance is required.
Lead status may involve coordinating reports and inventory with supervision and vendors.
